- 350 Beds, Single and Double Rooms
- All-gender communal restrooms on each floor
- Community kitchens, social lounges, and study areas located on each floor
- Laundry room on basement level
- 2 large conference rooms on main level
Elm Hall
- 200 Beds, Single and Double Rooms
- Communal Style with Single-Full, Handicapped-Accessible Bathrooms scattered throughout each floor
- Community Kitchens, Laundry Rooms, Social Lounges, Study Areas, and Gendered-Community Bathrooms on each floor
- Conference area located in the lobby
- Outdoor barbecue grill
Maple Hall
- 250 Beds, Single and Double Rooms
- All-gender communal restrooms on each floor
- Community kitchens, social lounges, and study areas located on each floor
- Laundry room on basement level
- 2 large conference rooms on main level
Traditonal Halls
- 350 Beds, Single and Double Sized Rooms Available
- Communal-Style with Gendered-floors
- Social lounges located in each of the four buildings—Bradford, Morgan, Randall, and Thomas
- One conference room located in Bradford Hall
- Large lounges located in Bradford and Morgan
